Do I need a certain skill level?

Absolutely not! We welcome everyone, no matter where you are on your path to health and wellness. We believe you can always build strength and we'll grow better together, no matter where you are today. We always offer alternative moves for beginners or those with injuries and can also tell you how to uplevel to something more challenging.

What's your background?

Rob is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and ISSA Certified Nutrition Coach. He trains clients on an almost daily basis and is also an avid runner. Ashley has a PhD in psychology and has been a longtime fitness fan, paddleboarder and enjoys running (just not as much as Rob). We are proud Texans and love staying active with our 6 kids.
